Recruiter Role

A recruiter is a professional who works to match qualified candidates, often for teaching positions or other roles with specific open positions, in our school. A recruiter’s job is to review a candidate’s experiences, salaries and work with hiring employers to ensure their role works well. A recruiter typically requires at least a bachelor’s degree for beginner-level positions and may require a master’s degree for senior recruiter roles.
